Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain apparel and accessories must remain in their original sealed packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Log in to your Vaping.com account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique RMA number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship Your Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in our returns portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
